• If a match is cancelled or does not take place, the bet stake will be refunded.
• Maximum winnings are ৳50 lakh per bet and ৳1 crore per day.

• Multiple accounts: No individual may hold more than one account.
• Bonus Abuse: Using any method to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Hacking & Software: Use of bots, auto-clickers, or any third-party software.
• Money Laundering: Using CroreWin for the purpose of money laundering.
• Match Fixing: Betting using insider information or coordinated match-fixing schemes.
• Using another person's information: Operating an account under another person's name or details.
• Misuse: Abusive behaviour toward the support team or other users.

CroreWin may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the Terms & Conditions is detected.
• Failure to verify identity, or if false information is found to have been provided.
• During an investigation into financial irregularities or suspicious activity.
• As directed by the regulatory authority.
• When the user requests self-closure of their account.

If you wish to close your own account: Contact support. Once verified, any valid balance will be returned to you.
